一、学校简介

鞍山师范学院是一所全日制普通本科师范院校，位于拥有世界第一玉佛、亚洲著名温泉、国家名胜千山、中华宝玉之乡和祖国钢铁之都的优秀旅游城市、全国文明城市——辽宁省鞍山市。

学校始建于1958年，1993年升格为本科，2013年获批中国政府奖学金来华留学生接收院校，2023年获批成为硕士学位授予单位、国际中文教师奖学金生接收院校，获评“辽宁省高校国际化水平评估试点学校”。学校先后荣获“全国聘请外国文教专家工作先进单位”“辽宁省教育系统先进单位”“辽宁省来华留学工作先进集体”“鞍山市青年文明号”等荣誉称号。

学校占地面积75万平方米，设有1个学部，17个学院（系），1个附属中学。学校现有专业硕士学位授权点4个、招生领域11个，全日制本科招生专业38个、高职专科招生专业8个，涵盖教育、文、理、艺术、管理、工、法、历史8个学科门类。学校现有教职员工1172人，各类在校学生2.3万余人，已形成了研究生教育、本科生教育、职业教育、成人教育、留学生教育协调发展的办学格局。

学校在国家开放大局中谋划新作为，着力推进学校国际化办学进程，累计培养来自49个国家的长短期留学生5000余人。学校先后与31个国家和地区的130所海外高校和28个教育科研机构建立了合作关系，在推动学校教育国际化发展，构建深层次、宽领域、全方位的办学体系上起到了积极的作用。

I. University Profile

Anshan Normal University (ANU) is a full-time higher teachers’ college university which mainly concentrates on undergraduate education. It located in Anshan city, Liaoning province, which shares the awards of National Excellent Tourism City and National Civilized City. It is also proud of five main tourism resources including world largest Jade Buddha, famous Asian hot spring, picturesque Mt. Qian, one of the producing areas of China’s Jade and the Capital of Iron and Steel.

The university was founded in 1958 and upgraded to a undergraduate university in 1993. It was approved as the university which offers “Chinese Government Scholarship to International Students” in 2013. In 2023, the university was qualified to grant Master’s degree, and it was approved as the university which offers “Scholarship for International Chinese Education Teachers” and was awarded as the Pilot University of Internationalization Evaluation of Liaoning Province. The university was awarded as National Exemplary Organization in Foreign Experts Work, Liaoning Provincial Exemplary Organization in Educational System, Liaoning Provincial Exemplary Organization in International Students’ Education, and Youth Model Unit Award of Anshan city.

The university occupies 750,000 sq.m. It has 1 faculty, 17 academic schools or departments and 1 affiliated middle school. The university has 4 professional master's degree programs, and there are 11 postgraduate fields, 38 undergraduate programs and 8 advanced vocational programs in 8 subjects including education, humanity, science, art, management, engineering, law and history. There are 1172 faculty and staff and 23,000 full time students in different varieties. It has established a well-coordinated educational framework that integrates graduate studies, undergraduate education, vocational training, adult learning, and international students programs.

In the context of China's national opening-up strategy, the university has strategically advanced its internationalization efforts, having cultivated over 5,000 international students from 49 countries through both long-term and short-term programs. The institution has established partnerships with 130 overseas universities and 28 educational research institutions across 31 countries and regions, playing a pivotal role in promoting global education development and building a comprehensive, multi-dimensional academic ecosystem.

二、招生类别及专业（详见附件1）

推荐专业：汉语言本科专业

1.专业介绍

本专业培养对象是母语为非汉语的外籍学生，培养具有较强的汉语听、说、读、写能力和汉语交际能力，掌握汉语言专业基础知识与基本理论，了解中国传统文化和当代社会习俗，熟悉中国国情，能熟练地运用汉语从事经贸、旅游、汉语教学及研究等工作的复合应用型人才。本专业基本学制为4年，实行弹性学制3-6年。

2.专业特色

接收汉语零起点学生；接收插班生，每年3月和9月均可入学。

课程体系：汉语言专业课+商贸/教育/旅游模块课+中国文化课+实践课

教学内容以汉语言为主，同时开设职业汉语类拓宽课程、文化历史类拓深课程，以及商贸、教育、旅游等模块课程。学院建立了完善的实践教学体系，带领学生感知中国传统文化，参与当代中国实践。

3.毕业标准

    在规定修业年限内，完成所有教学环节，达到毕业标准，授予文学学士学位。

Recommended Major: Undergraduate Major of Chinese Language

1. Introduction to Major of Chinese Language

This program is designed for international students whose native language is not Chinese. It cultivates versatile professionals with strong Chinese communication skills, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities. Graduates will master fundamental theories of the Chinese language, understand traditional culture and contemporary social customs, and be familiar with China's national conditions. Equipped with fluent Chinese proficiency, they can effectively engage in trade, tourism, Chinese language education, and research. The standard academic duration is four years, with an optional flexible program duration ranging from 3 to 6 years.

2. Characteristics of Major of Chinese Language

We accept absolute beginners in Chinese as well as transfer students, with intakes in March and September each year.

Curriculum: Specialized courses of Chinese language, module courses of business/education/tourism, Chinese culture courses, and practical courses

The teaching content is mainly based on the Chinese language, while offering vocational Chinese courses, cultural and historical courses, as well as business, education, tourism and other modules. The school has established a perfect practical teaching system to help students perceive traditional Chinese culture and participate in contemporary Chinese practice.

3. Graduation criteria

Within the prescribed period of study, students who have completed all teaching steps and reached the graduation standards will be awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree.

四、申请条件

（一）身心健康、遵守中国的法律法规，无违法违纪记录。

（二）申请人须为非中国籍公民，持有有效的外国护照或国籍证明文件4年（含）以上，且最近4年（截至入学年度的4月30日前）之内有在外国实际居住2年以上的记录（一年中实际在外国居住满9个月可按一年计算，以入境和出境签章为准）。

（三）学历和年龄要求

1. 硕士研究生：具有学士学位，年龄不超过35周岁；

2. 本科生：高中毕业，年龄不超过25周岁；

3. 进修生：高中毕业，年龄不超过50周岁；

4. 项目生：根据具体招生简章确定。

（四）语言能力要求

汉语言本科专业和汉语与中国文化进修课程的申请者对汉语水平暂无要求；进入其他专业学习的学历生和专业进修生的申请者，汉语须达到HSK4级180分以上。

（五）经济保证

申请者需提交《鞍山师范学院留学生经济担保书》，提供足以支付其在中国留学期间的学费、住费宿和生活费的担保证明、担保人信息及签字。

（六）申请线上课程者具体申请条件根据招生项目书确定。

IV. Application Requirements

(1) Be physically and mentally healthy, abide by Chinese laws and regulations, and have no record of violating laws or disciplines.

(2) The applicant must be a non-Chinese citizen, hold a valid foreign passport or nationality certificate for at least 4 years (inclusive), and have a record of actual residence in a foreign country for more than 2 years within the last 4 years (before April 30 of the enrollment year). (If the actual residence in a foreign country for one year is more than 9 months, it can be counted as one year, based on the entry and exit stamps.)

(3) Educational Background and Age Requirements

1. Master's degree: Under the age of 35 with a bachelor's degree;

2. Bachelor’s degree : Senior high school graduates under the age of 25;

3. Trainees: Senior high school graduates under the age of 50;

4. Students for personalized program: Educational background and age requirements will be determined according to the specific agreement.

(4) Language ability requirements

Applicants for the Chinese Language Bachelor and the Chinese Language and Culture Course have no temporary requirements for Chinese proficiency; applicants for other bachelor majors or advanced students must have a HSK4 score of 180 or above.

(5) Economic guarantee

Applicants should submit the "Anshan Normal University Economic Guarantee for International Students", provide proof of confirming being sufficient to bear the cost including tuition fee, accommodation and living expenses during their study in China, along with the information and signature of the guarantor.

(6) The specific application conditions for online courses shall be determined according to the enrollment program book.

申请材料应为中文或英文, 主要包括：

1. 填写完整的《鞍山师范学院来华留学生申请表》，申请学校奖学金的可直接提交相应的奖学金申请表（可通过邮件咨询）

3. 有效护照及签证页扫描件

护照首页（照片页）、护照签证页的前两页空白页（如曾有旅居中国经历，还需提供最近一次出入中国的签证页及中国海关的出入境印章）

4. 电子照片：彩色免冠证件照（3.5cm*4.9cm），头部占照片尺寸2/3，白色背景无边框，照片尺寸不低于320*240像素，大小为100-500KB，JPG格式。

6. 推荐信两封（两名教授、副教授或资深教师的推荐信，内容应重点包括学生来华学习目标、综合能力，未来发展规划等，用中文或英文书写,推荐人签字并附联系电话及Email）

VI. Application Documents

All documents should be in Chinese or English version and mainly include:

1. Fill in the complete Application Form for International Students of Anshan Normal University. Those applying for scholarships can directly submit the corresponding scholarship application form (consult via e-mail).

2. Notarized certificate of highest education and transcripts

The first page of the passport (photo page) and the first two blank pages of the visa page of the passport (if you have ever lived in China, you also need to provide the latest entry and exit visa page of China and the entry and exit seal of China Customs)

4. Electronic photos: Color passport photo (3.5cm*4.9cm), the head occupies 2/3 of the photo size, white background without border, photo size is not less than 320*240 pixels, size is 100-500KB, JPG format.
