一、学校简介

鞍山师范学院是一所全日制普通本科师范院校，位于拥有世界第一玉佛、亚洲著名温泉、国家名胜千山、中华宝玉之乡和祖国钢铁之都的优秀旅游城市、全国文明城市——辽宁省鞍山市。

学校始建于1958年，1993年升格为本科，2013年获批中国政府奖学金来华留学生接收院校，2023年获批“国际中文教师奖学金生接收院校”，获评“辽宁省高校国际化水平评估试点学校”，获批为硕士学位授予单位。学校先后荣获“全国聘请外国文教专家工作先进单位”“辽宁省教育系统先进单位”“辽宁省来华留学工作先进集体”“鞍山市青年文明号”等荣誉称号。

学校占地面积75万平方米，设有1个学部，17个学院（系），1个附属中学。学校现有专业硕士学位授权点4个（教育硕士）、招生领域11个，全日制本科招生专业38个、高职专科招生专业8个，涵盖教育、文、理、艺术、管理、工、法、历史8个学科门类。学校现有教职员工1172人，各类在校学生2.3万余人，已形成了研究生教育、本科生教育、职业教育、成人教育、留学生教育协调发展的办学格局。

学校在国家开放大局中谋划新作为，着力推进学校国际化办学进程。作为中国政府奖学金来华留学生接收院校、国际中文教师奖学金生接收院校、中文考试考点和辽宁省高校国际化水平评估试点学校，学校累计培养来自49个国家的长短期留学生5000多人。学校先后与28个国家和地区的124所海外高校和27个教育科研机构建立了长期、稳定的校际交流合作关系，交流范围涵盖六大洲，在推动学校教育国际化发展进程，构建深层次、宽领域、全方位的办学体系上起到了积极的作用。

I. Brief Introduction

Anshan Normal University (ANU) is a full-time higher teachers’ college university which mainly concentrates on undergraduate education. It located in Anshan city, Liaoning province, which shares the awards of National Excellent Tourism City and National Civilized City. It is also proud of five main tourism resources including world largest Jade Buddha, famous Asian hot spring, picturesque Mt. Qian, one of the producing areas of China’s Jade and the Capital of Iron and Steel.

The university was founded in 1958 and upgraded to an undergraduate university in 1993. It was approved as the university which offers “Chinese Government Scholarship to International Students” in 2013, the university was approved as the university which offers “Scholarship for International Chinese Education Teachers” and was awarded as the Pilot University of Internationalization Evaluation of Liaoning Province in 2023, and the university was qualified to grant Master’s degree in 2023. It was awarded as National Exemplary Organization in Foreign Experts Work, Liaoning Provincial Exemplary Organization in Educational System, Liaoning Provincial Exemplary Organization in International Students’ Education, and Youth Model Unit Award of Anshan city.

The university occupies 750,000 sq.m. It has 1 faculty, 17 academic schools or departments and 1 affiliated middle school. The university has 4 professional master's degree program, and there are 11 postgraduate fields, 38 undergraduate programs and 8 advanced vocational programs in 8 subjects such as education, humanity, science, art, management, engineering, law and history. There are approximately 1172 full time professional instructors and 23,000 full time students in different varieties. It offers postgraduate, undergraduate, vocational, adult and international programs.

ANU has been engaging in extensive international cooperation and exchange, and making efforts to introduce advanced overseas educational resources.

As one of the host institutions for Chinese Government Scholarship students, one of the host institutions for International Chinese Teacher Scholarship students, one of the center for HSK examination center, and one of the pilot schools for Internationalization Evaluation of colleges and universities in Liaoning Province, ANU has trained more than 5,000 long-term and short-term students from 49 countries. The University has established long-term and stable inter-university exchange and cooperation relations with 124 overseas universities and 27 educational and scientific research institutions from 28 countries and regions, covering six continents. International exchange and cooperation played a positive role in the wide-ranging and all-round school-running system.

二、招生专业和学制

鞍山师范学院2026/2027外国留学生本科生项目招收汉语言本科专业。学习期限为4年，授课语言为汉语。

II. Major and Duration

Anshan Normal University (ANU) will offer Chinese Language Undergraduate Program for bachelor degree students in 2026/2027 academic year. Duration is 4 years, and teaching language is Chinese language.

三、申请资格

1. 申请人自觉遵守中国的法律法规及学校的规章制度，尊重中国人民的风俗习惯。品德良好，无违法犯罪记录，身体健康，个人经济条件能够保证在华期间正常学习、生活。

2. 申请人应为年龄不超过25周岁、持外国普通护照的非中国籍公民；至2026年9月1日仍未满18周岁的申请人，须有在华监护人。

3. 申请人父母双方或一方为中国公民并定居在外国，本人出生时即具有外国国籍的，应持有效外国护照或国籍证明文件4年（含）以上，且最近4年期间（2022年4月30日至2026年4月30日）有在外国实际居住2年以上的记录，一年中实际在外国居住满9个月可按一年计算，以入境和出境签章为准。中国大陆（内地）、香港、澳门和台湾居民在移民并获得外国国籍后作为留学生申请，按照上述要求执行。

4. 申请人应具有相当于中国高中毕业或以上学历。

III. Qualifications

1. The applicant shall abide by the laws and regulations of China and the university’s rules and regulations, and respect the customs and habits of the Chinese people. Additionally, the applicant should have good moral character, no criminal record in the past, be in good health, and be able to ensure normal study and life during stay in China.

2. The applicant should be a non-Chinese citizen under the age of 25 holding a foreign ordinary passport; applicants who have not yet reached the age of 18 by September 1, 2026, must have a guardian in China.

3. If both or one of the applicant's parents is a Chinese citizen and has settled in a foreign country, and the applicant was born with foreign nationality, they should hold a valid foreign passport or nationality certificate for 4 years (inclusive) or more, and have a record of actual residence in a foreign country for at least 2 years during the last 4 years (from April 30, 2022 to April 30, 2026), with 9 months of actual residence in a foreign country regarded as one year, based on the entry and exit stamps. Residents of Chinese mainland (mainland), Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan can apply as international students after immigrating and obtaining foreign nationality, and shall follow the above requirements.

4. The applicant should have the equivalent of a senior high school diploma or above in China.

四、申请流程

1. 参加“来华留学本科入学学业水平测试”。申请者须参加由中国教育部国家留学基金管理委员会组织的“来华留学本科入学学业水平测试”（China Scholastic Competency Assessment，以下简称“CSCA测试”）并获得测试成绩，具体测试时间和内容可登录CSCA官方网站（www.csca.cn）查看。（详见附件CSCA考试大纲-数学-2025版和CSCA考试大纲-文科中文-2025版）

注：申请汉语言本科专业的申请人，需要提供数学和文科中文两门测试的成绩单。申请者如能提供有有效期内HSK四级成绩报告，可免考专业中文。

2. 申请人在2026年7月15日前向我校国际教育学院提出申请并发送电子版申请材料至anulxs@163.com。

3. 确定通过审核的申请人参加线上面试。

4. 缴纳报名费600元。

5. 被录取者登录“留学中国网”（https://www.studyinchina.edu.cn）首页【Visa Application】栏目，并输入姓名、护照号、邮箱地址可下载202表，被录取者可持JW202表到所在国中国使（领）馆办理来华入境签证。被录取者应持“X1”签证来华。

IV. Application Procedures

1. Participate in the China Scholastic Competency Assessment (CSCA). Applicants must take China Scholastic Competency Assessment (CSCA) organized by the China Scholarship Council (CSC), and obtain the assessment results. The specific assessment time and content can be viewed on the CSCA official website (www.csca.cn). (See Appendix: CSCA Syllabus - Mathematics - 2025 version and CSCA Syllabus - Liberal Arts Chinese - 2025 version)

Note:

Applicants for the undergraduate program in Chinese language are required to submit the assessment scores of both Mathematics and Humanities Chinese.

Applicants applying for the undergraduate program in Chinese language can be exempted from taking the assessment of Humanities Chinese if they can provide a valid HSK 4 score report.

2. Applicants should submit all application documents to the email (anulxs@163.com) of ANU School of International Education before July 15, 2026.

3. Applicants who have passed the review will participate in an online interview.

4. Pay the registration fee of 600 yuan.

5. The admitted applicants should log in to the homepage of "Study in China" (https://www.studyinchina.edu.cn) under the 【Visa Application】 section, input name, passport number, and email address to download Form 202. The admitted applicants can hold the JW202 form to the Chinese embassy or consulate to apply for an entry visa to China. The admitted applicants should come to China with the "X1" visa.

五、申请材料：

1. 来华留学本科入学学业水平测试（CSCA）成绩单。

2. 《鞍山师范学院外国留学生入学申请表》（中文或英文填写）。

3. 护照首页扫描件（如现持有护照有效期不符合要求（护照有效期应晚于 2026 年9月），请及时换发新护照。

4. 护照空白签证页（空白页，以及最近一次来华签证页和出入境章页）

5. 高中毕业证书和高中成绩单。应届毕业生可提供预毕业证明，正式录取前须提交正式高中毕业证书。入学报到时将查验申请者的高中毕业证书原件。成绩单应由就读学校教务处或有关学生管理部门开具并盖章。可提供中/英文高中毕业证书和成绩单，如为英语以外语种，需另提供英文翻译件并公证。

6. 两封推荐信。提交两名教授或副教授的推荐信，内容应包含对学生综合能力，未来发展的评价，只可用中文或英文书写。

7. 来华学习计划。用中文或者英文书写（不少于500字）。

8. 《外国人体格检查表》复印件（原件自行保存，此表格由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制，须英文填写）。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查表》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查表》无效，检查结果有效期为 6 个月。

12. 语言能力证明。申请人可提供HSK成绩报告。

V. Application Documents

1. Transcript of China Scholastic Competency Assessment (CSCA)

2. Anshan Normal University International Student Application Form (in Chinese or English).

3. Copy of Passport Home Page. If the validity of the applicant’s current passport does not meet the requirement (meaning the passport expires before September 2026), please apply for a new passport before submitting the application.

4. Blank visa pages of the passport (Blank pages, as well as the visa page and entry-exit stamp page from the last visit to China).

5. Senior high school graduation certificate and transcript. Prospective diploma winners must submit official proof of student status by their current school. The official senior high school graduation certificate must be submitted before formal admission. The original senior high school graduation certificate of the applicant will be verified upon registration. The transcript should be issued and stamped by the academic affairs office or relevant student management department of the school where the student is enrolled. A Chinese/English copy of the senior high school graduation certificate and transcript can be provided. If the language is not English, an English translation and notarization is required.

6. Two recommendation letters. Submit recommendation letters from two professors or associate professors. The content should include an evaluation of the student's comprehensive ability and future development. The letters should be written in either Chinese or English.

7. Study Plan in China. Written in Chinese or English (no less than 500 words).

8. A photocopy of the Foreigner Physical Examination Form completed in English (the original copy shall be kept by the applicant). The form is designed by the Chinese quarantine authority and can be obtained from the dispatching authority. The physical examinations must cover all the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete records or those without the signature of the attending physician, the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicants are invalid. Please select the appropriate time to take a physical examination as the result is valid for only 6 months.
