一、学校简介

鞍山师范学院是一所全日制普通本科师范院校，位于拥有世界第一玉佛、亚洲著名温泉、国家名胜千山、中华宝玉之乡和祖国钢铁之都的优秀旅游城市、全国文明城市——辽宁省鞍山市。

学校始建于1958年，1993年升格为本科，2013年获批中国政府奖学金来华留学生接收院校，2023年获批“国际中文教师奖学金生接收院校”，获评“辽宁省高校国际化水平评估试点学校”，获批为硕士学位授予单位。学校先后荣获“全国聘请外国文教专家工作先进单位”“辽宁省教育系统先进单位”“辽宁省来华留学工作先进集体”“鞍山市青年文明号”等荣誉称号。

学校占地面积75万平方米，设有1个学部，17个学院（系），1个附属中学。学校现有专业硕士学位授权点1个（教育硕士）、招生领域11个，全日制本科招生专业38个、高职专科招生专业8个，涵盖教育、文、理、艺术、管理、工、法、历史8个学科门类。学校现有教职员工1172人，各类在校学生2.3万余人，已形成了研究生教育、本科生教育、职业教育、成人教育、留学生教育协调发展的办学格局。

学校在国家开放大局中谋划新作为，着力推进学校国际化办学进程。作为中国政府奖学金来华留学生接收院校、国际中文教师奖学金生接收院校、中文考试考点和辽宁省高校国际化水平评估试点学校，学校累计培养来自49个国家的长短期留学生5000多人。学校先后与28个国家和地区的124所海外高校和27个教育科研机构建立了长期、稳定的校际交流合作关系，交流范围涵盖六大洲，在推动学校教育国际化发展进程，构建深层次、宽领域、全方位的办学体系上起到了积极的作用。

建校60余年来，学校秉承“博雅兼上、知行合一”的校训，坚持“育人为本、质量立校、服务社会”的办学理念，走以提高质量为核心的内涵式发展道路，不断建立健全现代大学制度，努力创新人文教育与科学教育交融发展的多科性、开放性、地方性的新型师范大学。

I. Brief Introduction

Anshan Normal University (ANU) is a full-time higher teachers’ college university which mainly concentrates on undergraduate education. It located in Anshan city, Liaoning province, which shares the awards of National Excellent Tourism City and National Civilized City. It is also proud of five main tourism resources including world largest Jade Buddha, famous Asian hot spring, picturesque Mt. Qian, one of the producing areas of China’s Jade and the Capital of Iron and Steel.

The university was founded in 1958 and upgraded to a undergraduate university in 1993. It was approved as the university which offers “Chinese Government Scholarship to International Students” in 2013, the university was approved as the university which offers “Scholarship for International Chinese Education Teachers” and was awarded as the Pilot University of Internationalization Evaluation of Liaoning Province in 2023, and the university was qualified to grant Master’s degree in 2023. It was awarded as National Exemplary Organization in Foreign Experts Work, Liaoning Provincial Exemplary Organization in Educational System, Liaoning Provincial Exemplary Organization in International Students’ Education, and Youth Model Unit Award of Anshan city.

The university occupies 750,000 sq.m. It has 1 faculty, 17 academic schools or departments and 1 affiliated middle school. The university has 1 professional master's degree program (Master of Education), and there are 11 postgraduate fields, 38 undergraduate programs and 8 advanced vocational programs in 8 subjects such as education, humanity, science, art, management, engineering, law and history. There are approximately 1172 full time professional instructors and 23,000 full time students in different varieties. It offers postgraduate, undergraduate, vocational, adult and international programs.

ANU has been engaging in extensive international cooperation and exchange, and making efforts to introduce advanced overseas educational resources.

As one of the host institutions for Chinese Government Scholarship students, one of the host institutions for International Chinese Teacher Scholarship students, one of the center for HSK examination center, and one of the pilot schools for Internationalization Evaluation of colleges and universities in Liaoning Province, ANU has trained more than 5,000 long-term and short-term students from 49 countries. The University has established long-term and stable inter-university exchange and cooperation relations with 124 overseas universities and 27 educational and scientific research institutions from 28 countries and regions, covering six continents. International exchange and cooperation played a positive role in the wide-ranging and all-round school-running system.

Over past 60 years, under the guidance of school motto “pursuing profoundness and elegance, and combining knowledge and practice”, and adhering to the vision “to cultivate people, to upgrade teaching quality, and to serve society”, Anshan Normal University takes the path of intensive development to construct a modern university system, and makes efforts to establish a new multi-discipline, opening-up and regional normal university.

二、招生名额、类别和期限

（一）鞍山师范学院2025/2026中国政府奖学金高水平研究生项目招收硕士研究生。硕士研究生奖学金期限为3年。

（二）授课语言一般为汉语，具体的专业目录，详见附件。

（三）奖学金资助期限为录取时确定的学习年限，包括专业学习，原则上不予延长。

（四）奖学金获得者来华后须按照中国政府奖学金有关规定进行管理。该项目奖学金获得者来华后不得变更录取院校；原则上不得变更学习专业及学习期限。

II. Quotas and Categories

1. Anshan Normal University (ANU) will offer the Chinese Government Scholarship High Level Postgraduate Program for master degree students in 2025/2026 academic year. Scholarship duration is three years for master’s programs.

2. Most programs at ANU are instructed in Chinese. For more details on programs, please refer to the attachments.

3. The scholarship duration specified in the Admission Notice, covering major study, cannot be extended in general.

4. Students are not permitted, in principle, to apply to change their specialties, institutions or the duration of study as specified in the Admission Notice.

三、奖学金内容

（一）免交学费和提供免费校内住宿。

（二）提供奖学金生活费，具体标准如下：

硕士研究生：3,000元人民币/月/人

（三）中国政府奖学金来华留学生综合医疗保险。

（四）国际旅费：自理。

III. Details of the Scholarship

1. Exempt from tuition, accommodation on campus;

2. Monthly allowance is offered as followings:

Master Degree Students: 3,000 CNY/month  

3. Comprehensive Medical Insurance.

4. Applicants are expected to pay for their own international travel expenses.

四、申请条件

（一）遵守中国政府的法律法规，身体健康，持外国有效普通护照的非中国籍公民。

（二）申请人学历和年龄要求

申请攻读硕士学位者，应当具有学士学位或同等学力，学习成绩优秀，年龄不超过35周岁；

（三）语言能力要求

1. 申请以中文为专业教学语言的攻读硕士学位者，中文水平须达到汉语水平考试（HSK）四级。

2. 以中文为专业教学语言的专业，毕业时中文能力需达到HSK5级水平。

IV. Qualifications

1. Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens with valid passport and shall abide by China’s law and be in good health.

2. Education background and age limit:

Applicants for master degree programs must have bachelor's degree and be under the age of 35.

3. Language requirement:

For Master applicants who use Chinese as their professional language of instruction must have reached the level of Chinese Language Proficiency Test (HSK) Level 4.  

For students who use Chinese as their professional language of instruction must have reached the level of Chinese Language Proficiency Test (HSK) Level 5 upon graduation.

五、申请流程

（一）申请人在2024年11月15日-2025年1月15日前向我校国际教育学院提出申请并发送电子版申请材料至anulxs@hotmail.com。

（二）申请中国政府奖学金的申请人，须在留学基金委“来华留学网上报名系统”填写和提交报名信息。

（三）留学基金委来华留学网上报名系统的网址为http://www.campuschina.org。注：填写留学基金委“来华留学网上报名系统”在线申请表时，受理机构编号为10169（鞍山师范学院），留学项目种类：B类。

V. Application Procedures

1. The applicants shall submit the application forms and materials by Email (anulxs@hotmail.com) to School of International Education, ANU from November 15, 2024 to January 15, 2025.

2. The applicants should fill in the online application via The CSC Online Application System for Study in China .

3. The website is http://www.campuschina.org. Note：When you fill in the online application, Agency No. of ANU is 10169. And the application type is B.

六、申请材料：

（一）《中国政府奖学金申请表》（中文或英文填写）。

（二）护照首页扫描件及签证空白页（护照有效期应晚于2025年9月）。

（三）经过公证的最高学历证明。如申请人为在校学生或已就业，需另外提交本人就读学校出具的在学证明或就业单位出具的在职证明。中英文以外文本需附经公证的中文或英文的译文。

（四）学习成绩单（自本科阶段起）。成绩单扫描件应包括本科、硕士（如有）、博士（如有）学习阶段，直至最近一学期的成绩。成绩单应由就读学校教务处、研究生院或有关学生管理本门开具并盖章。中英文以外文本需附经公证的中文或英文的译文。

（五）语言能力证明。（详见申请人资格中的语言水平要求）

（六）来华学习计划。用中文或者英文书写（不少于1500字）。

（七）申请人毕业学校两名教授或副教授的推荐信，用中文或英文书写。内容重点应包括了申请人来华学习目标要求，以及对学生综合能力，未来发展的评价等，推荐人签字并附联系电话及Email。

（八）年龄不满18周岁的申请人，须提交在华法定监护人的相关法律文件。

（九）《外国人体格检查记录》和血液检查报告：申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查记录》中要求的项目进行检查，须用英文填写。缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查记录》无效。2024年10月以后的体检结果视为有效并附上血液检查报告；

（十）无犯罪记录证明。申请人须提交由所在地公安机关出具的有效期内的无犯罪记录证明，通常应为提交申请之日前6个月以内的证明文件。

（十一）电子版2寸照片。

VI. Application Documents

1. ANU Application Form of Chinese Government Scholarship (in English or Chinese).

2. Photocopy of passport photo page and one blank visa page (Ordinary passport expires after September 2025).

3. Notarized highest diploma (notarized photocopy). If applicants are university students or already employed, they shall also provide studying certificates or employment documents. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized translations in Chinese or English.

4. Academic transcripts (From the undergraduate program onwards). Academic records from first to the last semester during the undergraduate, graduate (if any), and the doctoral programs (if any) shall be provided. The transcript shall be issued and sealed by the graduate university’s academic affairs office or student management department. Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized translations in Chinese or English.

5. Language Proficiency certificates. Refer to Language requirement in the qualification.

6. A study plan proposal in Chinese or in English (no less than 1500 words).

7. Two letters of recommendation in Chinese or English by professors or associate professors from the university which applicants graduated. These letters shall describe the applicant’s objectives of learning in China, comprehensive abilities, and evaluation of future growth with signature and contact information.

8. Applicants under the age of 18 must submit the relevant legal documents of their legal guardian in China.

9. Photocopy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form and Blood Test Report (applicants should keep the original one) filled in English. It is printed by Chinese quarantine authority and only for those whose period of studies in China lasts up to six months. The medical examinations must cover all the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete records or those without the signature of the attending physician, the official stamp of the hospital or a sealed photograph of the applicants are invalid. The medical examination results are valid for 6 month. The medical examinations must cover all the items listed and attach the blood test report, and should be conducted after October, 2024.

10. Certificate of No-Criminal Conviction. The applicant must submit a certificate of no criminal record within the validity period issued by the local public security organ, usually within 6 months before the date of submission of the application.

11. Electronic 2-inch photo.
