(Chinese Language Training Students)
1. Schedule

August 31 – September 1, 2019 | New students come to school for registration. | New students could come to the office 213 for check-in and come to the office 208 for documents submitting. |
September 4, 2019 | Placement exam for the Chinese language training students | Students who do not take the exam cannot enter any language class. |
September 6, 2019 | Result of the placement exam will be announced. The meeting of the class dividing will be held. |

September 9, 2019 | Chinese language training students begin to have class. |

September 10-13, 2019 | Entrance education for new students |

2. Registration Procedure
First step: submitting materials
a. 3 copies of passport first page
b. 3 copies of visa page (X1 or X2 only)
c. 3 copies of entry stamp page
d. original of Admission Notice and copy of JW202 form
e. 8 pieces of passport-size photos with white background (48mm×33mm)
Second step: registration
a. REGISTRATION OF TEMPORARY RESIDENCE FOR VISITORS FROM OVERSEAS (going to the police station within 24 hours since coming in China)
b. physical exam (X1 visa holders only): 349 yuan (According to China’s laws on health, if found suffering from severe mental illness, infectious tuberculosis or other infectious diseases which may cause significant public health risks, he/she cannot enter China)
c. paying fees (within 10 days since registration)
d. residence permit application (within 30 days since entering China; X1 visa holders only)
e. finishing the registration process and getting your student card and insurance card
