就餐 Dining | 可以去校园学校食堂就餐，食堂有售卡处，可充值；也可以在留学生公寓3、4楼的公共厨房自己做饭；或者去学校附近的饭店。公共厨房的水、电、橱柜免费使用，餐具自备。 You can go to cafeteria on campus, and buy and recharge your food card there. You can also cook by yourselves in the public kitchens on the third and fourth floor, or have meals in restaurants around the university. It is free for using water, electricity and cabinet in the public kitchen. Students should prepare for their own tableware and abide by the Rules for Kitchen. |
住宿 Lodging | 学院建议留学生在校内居住，单人间每天35元，双人间每人每天25元(120天以上连续住宿有优惠)。如留学生提出申请，也可以在校外住宿，但必须到留学生办公室领取外宿登记表，办理相关手续。校外住宿一定要保证住房信息来源可靠，租赁手续完整合法，并要同房主持相关手续到当地的派出所备案。年龄在18岁以下者需由父母或监护人提供保证书方可住宿校外。 We suggest you to stay on campus, 35 RMB/day for single room, 25 RMB /day/person for double room （a discount price for more than 120 days）. For those who prefer to stay outside of campus, they should apply to the office to get Registration Form for Living Outside Campus and process correlative procedure. Students should rent or live in reliable apartment and make the renting procedure legal and be sure to go to local police station for registration together with the house owner. Students younger than 18 should provide their parents or guarantor’ letter for living outside campus. |
洗衣 Laundry | 留学生公寓3、4楼设有公共洗衣房。 Laundry rooms are on the 3rd and 4th floor of this building. 2 Yuan coin will be charged each time. |
购买电话卡 Buying SIM card | 中国主要有移动、联通、电信三家通讯公司，提供移动电话服务。持护照可以在校园或市中心其代理处购买电话卡。 There are 3 main communication companies in China providing mobile phone service; they are China Mobile, China Unicom and Telecom. You need take your passport and then buy SIM card inside campus or in downtown area. |
换汇及储蓄 Currency Exchange and Savings | 建议去中国银行换汇，须持本人护照，乘2路公共汽车到火车站下车即是。请不要从私人手中换汇，以免造成财产损失。 We suggest you could go to Bank of China (Anshan branch) in the downtown area by bus 2, and get off at railway station. Take your passport. Please don’t exchange currency from individuals in case of any loss. 可以选择多家银行储蓄, 如邮政储蓄银行（学校附近）、工商银行（学校附近）、中国银行、建设银行等。持护照开户办理业务即可。 For saving money, you can go to Postal Savings Bank of China (near school), Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (around school), Bank of China, China Construction Bank, etc. Take passport to open account. |
购物 Shopping | 综合商场：万象汇、新玛特、百盛、四隆、景子街等,超市：大润发、家乐福、新玛特等,乘2、232、602路公交车可以到达，校园新食堂也有超市。 You can take bus 2, 232 and 602 to malls and supermarkets in downtown area, like Mix, Newmart, Parkson, RT-MART, Carrefour, or small supermarket in cafeteria on campus. |
公交 Transportation | 2、232、602路公共汽车可到达商业区和鞍山市火车站、客运站。 You can take bus 2, 232 and 602 to downtown area, and railway station and long-distance bus station. |
就医 Hospital | 市中心医院（出租车10元人民币）、长大医院（出租车7元人民币）、湖南中医院（出租车7元人民币）等。 There are Anshan City Central Hospital (RMB 10 Yuan by taxi), Chang Da Hospital (RMB 7 Yuan by taxi), Hunan Chinese Medical Hospital (RMB 7 Yuan by taxi) etc. |
邮寄 Post | 可以到邮政储蓄银行（学校附近），或者食堂选择各种快递。 You can go to Postal Savings Bank of China (near school), or other courier services companies in cafeteria. |
